Returns

We don't accept returns, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please reach out and we are happy to offer discretionary refunds. Our goal is happy customers, and we don't want your money if you're not happy.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout by a third party system and are dependent on where you are located. We ship domestically to all 50 states.

Given all items are handmade, please allow several days for shipping, but we will always try to get your order out within 1 business day.

Warranty

We care deeply about the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you. Each product is hand made, so some defects may be apparent, but if the product is not up to your standards or it degrades too fast, please contact us so we can help you resolve.

Our items carry a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or craftsmanship and accelerated wear. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. To initiate a warranty or repair request, please contact us in the form above. Proof of purchase from Parkside is required. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
